4. Access and Content Availability

  • “Lifetime access” products grant access for the lifetime of the platform, not the lifetime of the user.
  • We reserve the right to update, modify, replace, or remove content at any time to improve quality or reflect program updates.
  • Access to content may be limited or revoked if these Terms are violated. 

 

5. Free Trials

We offer different types of free trial experiences depending on the product:

a) Free Lesson Trial (Course Only)

  • Users may access selected lessons at no cost.
  • No payment information is required.

b) Course + Membership Trial

  • Users must enter payment details at signup.
  • Trial periods:
    • 15-day trial for monthly subscriptions
    • 30-day trial for yearly subscriptions
  • During the trial, users receive full access to the product.

At the end of the trial, the subscription automatically converts to a paid plan unless canceled before the trial ends.

If you cancel during the trial:

  • You will not be charged
  • Access ends immediately

 

6. Payments and Billing

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
  • You are responsible for managing your subscription from your account dashboard.

We reserve the right to change pricing for future billing cycles. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect already-paid periods.

 

7. Refund Policy (30-Day Money-Back Guarantee)

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, subject to the conditions below.

a) One-Time Purchase Courses

  • Eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase
  • Refunds may be denied if:
    • A significant portion of the content has been consumed
    • Live sessions have been attended

b) Payment Plans (3-Month Plans)

  • Refunds apply only to the first payment
  • Includes a 15-day trial period
  • Once refunded:
    • Access is revoked immediately
    • Remaining payments are canceled

c) Subscriptions

  • Refunds apply only to the first payment
  • Yearly subscriptions include a 30-day trial
  • Refunds are not available after live sessions are attended or excessive content is accessed
